Routine O&M services

Turbine scheduled and unscheduled O&M. We provide turbine-related oil changes, statutory inspections, end of warranty inspections, annual service and endoscopic testing of components. We also refuel diesel generating sets at all locations they are deployed and provide bolt retorquing and certification services across all locations.

O&M coordination and reporting

With the support of RES’ 24/7 state-of-the-art control centre, we coordinate all O&M services, including marine activities, provide full turbine and power plant condition and reliability monitoring (SCADA), remotely monitor and reset faults 24/7, manage spare parts, and optimise performance and reliability engineering.

Total blade support

We provide unrivalled competence in complex wind turbine blade repair, inspection and maintenance. We also provide qualified rope access technicians and painting services and repairs for blades and other structures.

Electrical equipment maintenance

We inspect, maintain, repair and manage safety control of all electrical equipment located both offshore and onshore. This includes high voltage equipment, connections and switches located within turbines, offshore substations and onshore substations.

Balance of Plant and O&M engineering services

We are experts in a wide range of Balance of Plant related O&M engineering services including anodes protection and repairs, visual and video surveys and structural engineering.

Complete vessels services

Complete vessels and related services for projects the length and breadth of the UK. This includes our own fleet of industry leading crew transfer vessels as well as provision of remote operating vehicles, service operations vessels, jack-up vessels and cable repair vessels as may be required.

Subsea inspection and O&M services

We offer comprehensive subsea inspection and maintenance services using DP2 vessels and robotic solutions, covering assessments including in scour, seabed mobility and anode depletion. Additionally, surveys for UXOs, jack-up vessel ALARP and depth of burial. Data solutions extend to 3D modelling and geo-referenced cloud-based data storage, facilitating comprehensive digital twinning services.
